Hale started with one simple question:

Why were scrubs so hard to love?

After years in healthcare, we kept running into the same frustrations. Scrubs that felt too boxy, too long, or never quite the right fit. Sizing was inconsistent, pockets were bulky, awkwardly placed, and never comfortably held what we needed.

We wanted scrubs we’d actually look forward to wearing.

So instead of settling, we started from scratch. With a pen, paper, and countless ideas, we set out to create the scrubs we wished we had, ones that felt as good as they looked.

We focused on the things that matter most when you spend your day in scrubs, the fit, the fabric, and the details that make a difference through every shift.

We wanted them to feel modern without chasing trends, comfortable without sacrificing style, and scrubs you’ll want to reach for over and over again.

Our Odessa One-Pocket Top is designed with an internal cinch system giving you two ways to wear it. A more tailored silhouette when you want it, or leave it relaxed for an effortless fit without tucking.
