PRE-ORDERS TERMS & POLICIES
Please review our terms and policies thoroughly before proceeding with the purchase of your pre-order.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Pre-order is an order placed for item(s) before they become available for sale online. Advantages of pre-orders include guaranteeing the purchase of your item(s) before they are sold out upon arrival to our site.
HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?
At the time you place your pre-order, you will be required to pay the full amount of the order to secure your purchase. The chosen payment method provided will be charged immediately upon order placement.
If you wish to cancel your pre-order, it is only eligible to do so before your order is shipped out for delivery. Otherwise, standard return and exchange policies apply.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email order confirmation. You may receive additional emails providing updates regarding your order to ensure you stay informed on the status of your order.
When your package has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a email with tracking information for your pre-order.
Please also ensure to check your junk mail if you are unable to see the email in your inbox.
PRE-ORDER DELAYS?
While we strive to provide an accurate estimate of delivery times for our products, if there is any delay on your order(s), we will contact you immediately with an updated revised shipping time.
Please be sure to read suggested lead time on your order carefully before checking out.
NOTE: Please choose desired color(s) and sizing carefully during the check-out process as we are not able to amend orders once they have been placed for pre-orders.
Item(s) purchased from pre-orders can be returned and/or exchanged once you’ve received your package if they meet our Returns & Exchanges policy.
