    Hale Returns & Exchanges Policy

    At Hale, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 21-day return and exchange policy on eligible items, starting from the date your order is delivered.

    Return & Exchange Eligibility

    • Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed.
    • All original tags must be attached.
    • Returns must include the proof of purchase and be shipped back in the same condition as received.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any items that appear worn, damaged, or tampered with.

    Final Sale Items: Please note that final sale merchandise and items marked non-returnable are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    How to Start a Return or Exchange (Canada & U.S.)

    To initiate a return or exchange:

    • Use the contact form on our website or email us directly at support@halescrubs.ca.
    • If your request is eligible, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions.

    Please allow 24–48 hours for our customer care team to respond

    Once your return is received and inspected:

    • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
    • Items showing visible signs of wear or damage will not be refunded or exchanged.

    Please note: Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.

    Hale Quality Guarantee — Defective or Damaged Items

    We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or that arrives damaged, we’ll gladly offer a refund or exchange within 21 days of delivery.

    To process a return or exchange under this guarantee:

    • Follow the same steps listed above.
    • We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for returns due to defects.

    As with standard returns, items must be in unused condition, with all tags attached and proof of purchase included.
